Acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap's Gangs of Wasseypur remains one of Indian cinema's most celebrated black comedy crime films. Released over a decade ago, the gangster drama has continued to captivate audiences, earning cult status. Now, Gangs of Wasseypur – Part 1 has been re-released in theaters, reigniting excitement among fans. The film introduced unforgettable characters with stellar performances that left a lasting impact.
