Actor and Filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia's niece was harassed by four men on a train bound for Bengaluru. He also stated that the railway helpline numbers weren't responding. Taking to Twitter the filmmaker wrote,  “My niece is travelling in udyan express to Banglore berth B3 she is being harassed by four drunk boys no helpline numbers are responding and she is scared can someone help.” Further to his post, the Indian Railways Twitter asked the filmmaker to share the numbers which were not responding

The post soon went viral as netizens extended their support by raising the concern with the authorities. Later, the filmmaker informed that the police had arrived due to efforts of some people and that his relative was safe and sound but he alleged that the helpline numbers were of no use and that 'jugaad kiya and cops came.'
