Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Athiya Shetty's film Motichoor Chaknachur has hit the screens today. For the first time Nawaz will be seen romancing on screen with Athiya. The film is directed by Debamitra Biswal. The movie is a comedy based story. The trailer of the movie Motichur Chaknachur was quite fun but the film is totally different from what we saw in the trailer. Here's the review of the film.Movie storyFrom the title of the film we can guess what would be the film about. The film is based on the marriage of Pushpinder (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and Annie aka Anita (Athiya Shetty). Annie wants to get married and she meets many boys for her wedding. Anne wants to get married so that she can go abroad and click photos and show it to her friends and put it on social media. This is why Annie wants to marry a foreign boy. Pushpinder a 36-year old bachelor who returns from Dubai and wants to get married at any cost. When Annie learns that Pushpinder has returned from abroad, she traps him into her love so that she can go to Dubai. After this Annie and Pushpinder get married. But innocent Pushpinder does not know that Annie has married him only because she wants to go Dubai. The twist in the story comes when Pushpinder is fired from his job in Dubai. So what will Annie do in such situation? Will she go abroad now or will she leave Pushpinder. Now for that you will have to watch the film.

ActingAs usual Nawazuddin has once again proved that he is one of the finest actors in the film industry. Athiya's work in the film is not spectacular and in some of the scenes she is actually over acting.

Why you should watch the movieIf you are a Nawazuddin Siddiqui fan then only you should go to for it. Overall the film is quite boring and it is only for Nawaz who tries to save the film. But a good actor can never save the film unless the script is good. This film has nothing to offer and mostly the scenes are stretched for no reason.Review stars: We are giving this film 2/5
