Mirzapur fame Pankaj Tripathi has made a mark of his acting in all three worlds, whether plays, movies, or OTT web series. He is so famous that the media could follow him everywhere he goes, but he chose to stay away from the limelight. Currently, Paparazzi culture is blooming; it is no longer a secret that celebrities call up the media to get themselves noticed.

In one of the media interaction Actor Pankaj Tripathi reveals, he believes that public relations (PR) exercises might keep him in the spotlight, but they won't make him memorable. Amid ongoing conversations about Bollywood celebrities using paid PR on social media, Tripathi shared his perspective. "If you fall into the trap of maintaining an image, you will be stuck in that lifelong. Nothing will come out of it," he says.

Pankaj say, "I can become popular by doing PR but not memorable, that I can only achieve through my characters and my behavior in life. Work is important, and I want my work to be the only thing talked about. Nowadays, there is a trend to be humble. Even those who are not, pretend to be humble."

He humorously adds, "I'm exploring myself to discover whether I'm genuinely humble or pretending to be," noting his continuous self-discovery journey. Tripathi, who was last seen in "Mirzapur," also comments on the trend of celebrities being photographed by paparazzi at airports and gyms. He expresses his discomfort with the paparazzi culture but clarifies that he is not against those who embrace it. "I don't like the paparazzi culture, but I am not against those who do it. It is their way of life. They (paparazzi) are even invited to events now as part of film promotions. They are part of the pop culture now," says the actor.

When asked what he would like to change about the film industry, Tripathi responds thoughtfully, "I would rather change myself instead of changing anything in this film industry. People can do whatever they like," he concludes.
