Kranti Prakash Jha is earning appreciation for his performance in the socio-political thriller Sankalp. The actor, known for his impactful roles across films and web series, recently spoke about the experience of sharing screen space with veteran actor Nana Patekar.
Reflecting on the experience, Kranti Prakash Jha said, “I feel extremely fortunate to share the screen with Nana sir. On my very first day of shooting, I had to perform one of the most emotionally intense scenes between Kasturi and Ma’at Saab. It was demanding and a little overwhelming, but looking back, I feel grateful for that opportunity. When you are working within a vision led by Prakash Jha sir and performing alongside Nana sir, you don’t overthink—you simply surrender to the moment. That’s when you discover your best work.”
He also spoke about the show’s layered portrayal of power dynamics. “It offered a perspective that felt quite different from what I had known earlier. The way the scenes of power play are written is very interesting. I’ve had some exposure to this space before, but the show definitely made me reflect and think more deeply while shooting,” added Kranti Prakash Jha.
For Kranti Prakash Jha, Sankalp marks another significant step in his evolving acting journey.
