“I first saw Aditya Rawal in Bamfaad during the Covid pandemic. I was immediately struck by his presence in front of the camera. When I met him, I discovered he was a writer as well. I was working on Jalsa at the time, and we began developing a screenplay in parallel based on one of his ideas. From day one, I was certain that I wanted to collaborate with him on something,” Triveni shared.
The director further spoke about Rawal’s work ethic and creative temperament while collaborating on projects including Subedaar. “He is one of the most sincere team players I have worked with. Whether as a writer or an actor, it is his discipline and maturity that set him apart. He is a chameleon when it comes to adapting to characters. A mind full of questions, he is vocal and yet remarkably quiet and shy at the same time,” he said.
