Washington DC [US], February 1: Snoop Dogg's daughter, Cori Broadus, has shared the heartbreaking news that her 10-month-old baby girl, Codi Dreaux, has passed away.
Cori (26), Snoop's youngest child, announced that her daughter died after spending months in the hospital.
Cori shared the update on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, Jan. 31. She posted a black-and-white picture of herself smiling while holding her baby. With heavy emotion, she wrote about losing the "love" of her life, adding, "Monday, I lost the love of my life. My Codi," along with an angel wing emoji.
Her fiance, Wayne Deuce, also posted touching messages. Sharing pictures of himself with his daughter, he spoke about his pain and the "saddest" he has felt since their daughter left this world.
"I've been the saddest since you left me, Codi Dreaux. But I know you are at peace. Daddy will always love you," he wrote over a picture of himself holding his daughter. "My baby," he added.
Cori had earlier shared that her daughter was born very early. In a February 2025 post, she explained how her "princess" arrived at just six months. Speaking about how hard it was for her as a mother, she wrote, "I've cried and cried, I've compared and compared, blaming myself for not being able to give her all that she needed. But no matter what, God always shows me that I'm His child!"
"Baby girl came at 25 weeks today, and she's perfect as ever!" she continued. "Thank You, God, for getting me this far, no matter the odds that are constantly thrown against me."

Cori had first announced her pregnancy in December 2024. Speaking about finding out she was expecting, she told E! News, "I found out on Oct. 28." She also spoke about the risks involved, saying, "I'm a high-risk pregnancy, and doctors were very concerned for me and the baby, but God has His hands on me."
