Before becoming one of Bollywood’s most loved and trailblazers, Kriti Sanon was a Delhi girl with big dreams and an even bigger drive. Born and brought up in Patparganj, Kriti completed her schooling at the renowned Delhi Public School, RK Puram. As a proud ‘Dipsite’, she shares a deep bond with her alma mater. In November 2022, 15 years after passing out, she returned to her school to promote her film. Arms wide open in front of the gate, she captioned her visit with “I made it!”—a full circle moment that made every Delhiite beam with pride.

Kriti then pursued engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. While juggling academics, she stepped into the world of modelling—an unexpected move that turned out to be life-changing. From techie dreams to the glamour of the big screen, Kriti paved her path with no industry connections, just raw talent and relentless hard work. Her acting range has only grown sharper with time. From playing a small-town girl in Bareilly Ki Barfi to a surrogate mother in Mimi, she has consistently chosen layered, challenging roles. And 2024? A blockbuster hattrick—Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya (as the endearing robot Sifra), Crew (as a rebellious air hostess), and Do Patti (in a powerful double role)—each showcasing a completely different shade of Kriti.
