Mumbai, March 29 Designer duo Shantanu and Nikhil of S&N presented their latest collection, Piazza Nova at the Lakmē Fashion Week 2025 in collaboration with FDCI.
Actor Ibrahim Ali Khan walked the ramp for S&N in stunning beige attire. He was seen wearing beige-hued pants paired with a crisp white shirt that was buttoned up to the collar. Enhancing the look, the 'Nadaaniyan' actor added a white tie. The shirt was layered with a sharp beige-hued full-sleeved suit jacket with dark-colored buttons, functional pockets above the hem, and a classic dark motif on the front pocket. The ensemble was accessorized with brown shoes.
Revealing the inspiration behind their collection, designer Nikhil Mehra shared, "The inspiration behind this collection was coming from our travels to Italy, and also mixing it with the Indian heritage. It's a feeling of two cultures coming together."
Shantanu Mehra added, "So ya, it was a dash of European flair meeting Indian sartorial heritage. It is a celebration of our 5 years of S&N, which is our prestige brand, and this is our first runway show, and there was just too much excitement around it."
When asked to describe their collection in 3 words, they said, "sartorial, contemporary, and democratic."
Reacting to Ibrahim walking the ramp for S&N, Nikhil stated, "He is really a cute boy. He speaks and represents the language of many young Indians and it was the right approach for us we felt because the collection is extremely contemporary and it reaches out to an age group starting from Iggy (Ibrahim) all the way to us."
The Piazza Nova collection by S&N included some sharp suits that blended neutral colors with some striking patterns and prints. The collection further incorporated power-dressing for women with structured blazers, jackets, shirts, and well-tailored pants.
