Jagadhatri actress Yesha Harsora believes that staying healthy and fit is essential in the entertainment industry. She explains that physical well-being directly impacts performance and stamina on set. “In this industry, our body is our primary tool. With the kind of hustle we do, staying fit isn’t just about looking good for the camera; it’s about having the stamina to actually survive those long days without burning out,” she said. Although her packed schedule often leaves little time for the gym or yoga, Yesha makes sure to stay active in simple ways. “I am not able to hit the gym or do yoga much, so I try to go for a walk after dinner,” she added.

Emphasising the importance of mental well-being, the actress said that emotional balance plays a crucial role in her overall health. “Mental health is just as important as physical health. I try to stay mindful of my emotions and take a moment to breathe when things get chaotic,” she shared. Talking about her daily diet, Yesha revealed that she prefers simple, nutritious meals. “I start my morning with a chia seed and lemon water mixture, followed by fruits for breakfast and a homemade lunch. I keep my dinner light with a salad and aim to finish my last meal by 7:30–8:00 PM at the latest,” she said.

Getting a full eight hours of sleep and consuming healthy foods such as dry fruits, dates, and different seeds helps her stay energetic throughout the day. She also ensures proper protein intake and includes chia seeds, lemon water, and dates as part of her daily routine. “I make sure I have a proper protein intake,” she added. Her go-to meals include a fresh salad for dinner and a balanced, homemade lunch. When it comes to skincare, Yesha believes in simple habits. “The secret to my flawless skin is good sleep and staying hydrated,” she said. Despite following a disciplined lifestyle, Yesha believes in enjoying occasional indulgences. “I am in favour of cheat days every once in a while, and I spoil myself with street food,” she admitted.

Acknowledging the challenges of maintaining a healthy routine during 12–13 hour shooting shifts, the actress said discipline plays a key role. “I prioritize managing my meal timings and choose healthy snacks like peanuts and dry fruits in between work,” she explained. Sharing two simple fitness tips, Yesha concluded, “Try to get a full eight hours of sleep to recover and go for a walk after dinner to stay active.”
