Actor Janhvi Kapoor has reportedly purchased a new house in Mumbai, for a whopping Rs. 39 crore. According to a report on Square Feat India, Janhvi’s new house is spread across three floors in a Juhu building. The deal was finalised late last year, on December 7. Documents accessed by the portal put the square footage at 3,456. A stamp duty of Rs 78 lakhs was paid by the actor, the report said. Janhvi, who made her debut in 2018’s Dhadak, was last seen in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. She also appeared in director Zoya Akhtar’s segment in the horror anthology, Ghost Stories. She will next be seen in Dostana 2 and Roohi Afzana.

Janhvi currently lives with her father and sister, Khushi, in Lokhandwala. Currently, Janhvi is holidaying in Goa with Kartik Aaryan. The two will soon be seen together in Dostana 2, and are rumoured to be dating. The two have also been exchanging pleasantries on social media recently. “What can be more contagious than a smile?” Kartik captioned a picture on social media, to which Janhvi replied, “Corona.” They were spotted leaving for Goa at the Mumbai airport a few days ago. Janhvi made her film debut in 2018’s Dhadak and has starred in two films so far. Kartik was last seen in Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal. Other than Dostana 2, the actor will also feature in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Dhamaka.
