The actress has said that a good sleep and hydration are imperative for a healthy lifestyle, and that one should pay attention to what their body is telling them during summers.

Southern regions are steadily heating up, with cities already touching the mid-to-high 30°C which is expected to climb further.
Parts of western India are expected to see temporary moderation due to cloud cover and rain. Overall, the season is expected to feature more frequent heatwave days combined with sudden weather changes, making the summer both intense and unpredictable across different regions.
