Kannada producer and director Dinesh Gandhi succumbed to a massive heart attack today morning. Gandhi is best remembered for producing Sudeep-starrer Veera Madakari which was a massive box office hit. It is reported that Dinesh Gandhi had plans to direct a children's movie with his son in the lead. The project was supposed to be produced by Ramesh Kayshao under the banner Simhadri productions.
Dinesh Gandhi had also directed the commercial movie Chatrapathi, which had Siddhanth in the lead role. The movie, which released in 2013, is the remake of the Telugu film of the same name.Dinesh Gandhi is the latest celebrity from the Sandalwood industry to bid adieu to the world. In recent times, Chiranjeevi Sarja, Bullet Prakash and Rockline Sudhakar passed away recently.
