Bollywood popular director and producer Karan Johar is in headlines from last few days due to his looks and drastic weight loss. Many claimed that this change is due to Ozempic to aid his weight loss. However, he dismissed this claim saying that is fake. Karan who is quite active issued an official statement on his health. He said that is in the pink of health and never better. 

 

While, talking about the weight loss secret Karan dismissed the rumours of using the Ozempic and said that he is controlling the portion intake and focusing on the Physical activity, which helped him for drastic weight loss. 

To improve his blood levels, the filmmaker adopted a strict one-meal-a-day diet and incorporated swimming and paddleball into his routine to burn calories. While sharing his weight loss journey, he cautioned followers against unhealthy practices and emphasized seeking professional advice.Ozempic, a popular weight loss drug unavailable in India, gained prominence after celebrities in the West showcased significant transformations using it.

Recent physical transformations of Kapil Sharma and Jr NTR sparked speculation about Ozempic use, mirroring earlier accusations against Vidya Balan, which she denied. KJo's upcoming production, Kesari Chapter 2, starring Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, and Ananya Panday, releases on April 18. He is also producing Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari with Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan, and Dhadak 2 with Triptii Dimri and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
