On its third day, the film saw a jump in its collections, earning Rs 12.25 crore on Sunday. The second day also saw a rise, with collections reaching Rs 9.75 crore. The total box office collection after three days now stands at Rs 29.75 crore.

The film's Hindi occupancy rate was 32.23% on Sunday. The morning occupancy was 17.28%, which rose to 36.60% in the afternoon and peaked at 43.88% in the evening. Directed by Karan Singh Tyagi and produced under Dharma Productions, Kesari 2 is set against the backdrop of the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Despite facing competition from Sunny Deol’s Jaat, the two films have not impacted each other’s performance significantly, as they cater to different audience segments.
The movie's demand has steadily increased, and its positive word of mouth has helped it perform well in theaters, drawing a respectable number of viewers.
