Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is back with the thrilling Kesri Chapter 2. Fans are super excited to watch his movie. The trailer of Kesri Chapter 2 was released on April 3. Social media is flooded with trailer reviews. This chapter is about a historic drama, which also features R Madhavan and Ananya Panday. It showcases an intense courtroom battle that revisits the ordeal and trauma faced by many during the Jallianwala Bag Massacre in 1919. Akshay Kumar also revealed that he will be working in Kesri Chapter 3 as well, during the trailer release event. He said Chapter 3 will be based on the life of Hari Singh Nalwa. He was the first commander-in-chief of the Sikh Khalsa Fauj, the army of the Sikh Empire.
A sequel to his 2019 hit film Kesari, Kesari Chapter 2 is based on Raghu and Pushpa Palat's book The Case That Shook the Empire. A barrister named C Sankaran Nair, who battled the British Raj to learn the truth about the horrifying Jallianwala Bagh massacre, is the main character of the movie. Social media is already impressed with Akshay's portrayal of Sankaran.
