The teaser of Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday-starrer Khaali Peeli finally hit the web and in the over one-minute-long teaser, Ishaan, a half-murder accused, and Ananya, a dancer, are seen running away with some cash and jewellery in their taxi – known as Kaali Peeli in Mumbai. The teaser gives a glimpse of some intriguing action-packed scenes which also film, stars actor Jaideep Ahlawat.
The film is directed by debutant Maqbool Khan and backed by filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, Himanshu Mehra and Zee Studios. It is written by Yash Keswani and Sima Aggarwal.Khaali Peeli' which was scheduled to release on June 12 in theatres has been postponed as cinema halls still remain close due to the ongoing pandemic.Ananya and Ishaan are teaming up on the silver screen for the first time. Both Ishaan and Ananya shared the teaser on their official social media accounts.
