Electricity supply in Mumbai was interrupted on Monday due to TATA's incoming electric supply failure, causing power loss all over Mumbai and suburbs and disrupting train traffic of Central, Eastern and Western lines, according to Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST).

Taking the opportunity to slam Uddhav govt, Kangana Ranaut took to social media and shared her views. She tweeted, #Powercut in Mumbai, meanwhile Maharashtra government क-क-क.......कंगना ।

Comedian Kunal Kamra reacted to Kangana Ranaut’s comment on his picture with Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut. Kunal replied, “Ma’am bijli gayi idhar par fuse aapka kyon udd raha hai (Ma’am the electricity has gone out here, why is your fuse blown?).”

Last month, Kangana criticised Uddhav and accused him of being hand-in-glove with the Bollywood mafia. She claimed that she was targeted by them when the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation partially demolished her office in Mumbai for alleged structural violations. Ranaut is pursuing a legal battle against BMC for the demolition of her office in Mumbai.
