* Statement Earrings

Intricately designed earrings instantly add a character to an attire. Jhumar-style earrings, chandbalis and multi-layered jhumkas create a minimalistic yet chic look when paired with bold coloured outfits.

* Multi-Layered Necklace

Multi-layered necklaces are a big trend this festival season. Accessorise a simple lehenga or a beautiful organza saree with these statement pieces to create a majestic look for the evenings.

* Choker

While traditional wear can be coupled with polki or kundan jewellery, opting for traditional or a fusion-styled choker can add an extra edge to your look.

* Cocktail Ring

Rings larger than normal rings are called cocktail ring and have been in style for some time now. While all types of cocktail rings can be eye-catching, exquisitely crafted emeralds, diamonds, sapphires or rubies are big this season.

* Headgear

To add a dramatic element and feminine appeal to your ethnic look, opt for a traditional headgear such as a matha patti or a maang teeka. This piece of jewellery is very versatile and can be transformed into a neckpiece, a brooch or a pendant.

* Kamarbandh

A kamarbandh or a waist belt is a versatile jewellery item, which can enhance the elegance of a simple lehenga or a skirt manifold.
