Actress Meenaakshi Chaudhary marked International Yoga Day by embracing the theme of inner balance and mindfulness. She shared a calming and inspiring video on her Instagram, encouraging her followers to prioritise their well-being and take charge of their lives through yoga. “Every serve, every stroke, every breath for me begins with BALANCE. Flow like water, move like the wind, and burn like fire! Make yoga a part of your lives to indulge in the journey of wellness and balance. Wishing everyone a Happy & Healthy Yoga Day, ”she wrote on Instagram. The message resonated deeply with her audience.

Meenaakshi also attended the Yoga Day event hosted by Union Minister of Coal and Mines, Shri Krishan Reddy, along with former Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, and Telangana Governor, Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, to promote a healthier tomorrow.
