This weekend, audiences were in for a dual treat with Mere Husband Ki Biwi at the theatres and the exciting match between India and Pakistan on the TV screens. As the netizens are always up to witness the IND-PAK clash, the family audiences continued to head to the theatres to enjoy Mere Husband Ki Biwi, the recently released refreshing family entertainer. 

Despite the anticipated match, Mere Husband Ki Biwi stood strong at the box office and collected Rs.1.48 crore on Sunday. It’s been three days since the film’s release and so far, it has collected a total amount of Rs.5.28 crore.  

On Saturday, the film witnessed  a 20% growth due to an astounding word of mouth. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, Mere Husband Ki Biwi stars Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles, alongside Shakti Kapoor, Harsh Gujral, Dino Morea, and Aditya Seal in pivotal roles. The film is presented by Vashu Bhagnani & Puja Films and produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh.
