Mission Mangal director Jagan Shakti has been reportedly admitted in a Mumbai hospital after the filmmaker was diagnosed with a blood clot in his brain. According to reports, Jagan's condition is said to be quite critical. Speculations are rife that Jagan fell unconscious while socializing with his friends and he was then immediately rushed to the hospital. Jagan who made his directorial debut with Mission Mangal was a huge box-office success. 

The film which released on Independence Day was released in Hong Kong earlier this month. The film starred Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi, and Nithya Menon. The film was based on Mangalyaan project launched in 2013. The director was supposed to work on his second directorial 'Ikka.'
