2026 has only just begun, but actress, entrepreneur and fahion diva Mouni Roy not only has 4 projects lined up for release but has officially begun shooting for her fifth film. Yes, you read that correctly. The actress was recently spotted on set in the Juhu suburbs of Mumbai, with the shoot going-on well into the midnight. An eye-witness present at the location recalled seeing Mouni in her look walk onto the sets, marking the commencement of work on the much-anticipated project. A well-placed source from the set shared, “The team has already started rolling. Mouni has been extremely focused and hands-on since day one.”

Despite the hush-hush atmosphere on set, the makers have been careful to not leave any visible clues about the project’s storyline or scale, sources confirm that an official announcement is expected soon. This untitled film further strengthens Mouni Roy’s packed 2026 slate, which already includes Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, Ab Hoga Hisaab, The Wives, and Vishwambhara. With multiple big-ticket releases lined up, Mouni continues to emerge as one of the most in-demand actresses going into 2026.
