The Mumbai Police in all likelihood will close the Sushant Singh Rajput case in the next 15 to 20 days according to a report in Pinkvilla.Police will take another 15 to 20 days to finish probing the case and reveal their findings. In the next 10 days or so, the forensic team will be submitting their report to the police. As for statements, the police has recorded statements of crucial people in the case and if the need arises, they may call those needed in the next 15 to 20 days. As nothing 'sensational' has been revealed during the probe nor in the forensic evidence and with his final autopsy ruling out any kind of foul play.

Sushant passed away on 14 June, 2020, at his Bandra residence in Mumbai by suicide.  The actor was battling depression according to reports in the media. The actor was also remembered by his former partner Ankita Lokhande on the 1 month anniversary of his death. Meanwhile, after months of silence even  Rhea Chakraborty finally decided to pour her heart out on losing the love of her life.  In a emotional post, the Jalebi actress recalled her fond memories with Sushant and penned a heartfelt note expressing what she feels for him. She also credited Sushant for making her believe in love and revealed how she will continue to 'wait for him'
