Rakul Preet Singh is one of the most talked about actress in the film industry today. The actress has created a niche for herself not only in South but in Bollywood as well. The gorgeous actress in her recent interview with Pinkvilla opened up about her initial days in the showbiz industry. “I kept telling her that you need to wear a bikini for Miss India. I said I’m not prepared for that. But she was confident. She said, ‘You’ll prepare for it, isme kya hai?’,” Rakul said. “You won’t believe but I must add this because so many kids don’t get their parents’ support. But my mom and my dad were more comfortable than I was with the idea of wearing a bikini. In fact, when we were going to shop for the bikinis, my dad kept telling us to buy vibrant coloured bikinis and not the dull ones,” she said.

Rakul who was last seen in De De Pyaar De, has a number of films lined up for release in the coming year. The former beauty pageant finalist has John Abraham starrer Attack and her untitled next with Arjun Kapoor that's already on floors.  Meanwhile, Rakul and her family had recently vowed to provide meals to around 200 families from a slum area near her Gurugram home. The meals were cooked in her apartment complex and sent to the needy families that are hit hard by the lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak.
