Nesco Events has been steadily redefining its role in India’s live entertainment landscape. What began as a venue-led events business has evolved into a company focused on creating, producing, and scaling live entertainment properties across cities. Reinforcing this vision, Nesco Events brings the record-breaking CapMania Tour, headlined by Himesh Reshammiya Live, to Pune on 31 January 2026.

The Pune concert marks a major milestone for Nesco Events, becoming the company’s first independently produced live entertainment event outside its Mumbai ecosystem. This move reflects Nesco Events’ transition into a full-scale entertainment producer and signals the beginning of its expansion across key domestic markets.

Commenting on the milestone, Balakrishnan Balram, who heads Nesco Events, said, “Stepping outside Mumbai with a production of this scale is a significant moment for us. The live entertainment industry in India is witnessing strong growth, with audiences across cities seeking high-quality, large-format experiences. Pune is the first step in our journey to take Nesco Events’ production capabilities to newer markets, and we see this as the beginning of a much larger national and international expansion.”

The CapMania Tour arrives in Pune following a remarkable run across India and international destinations, with sold-out shows in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Dubai. In a short span, the tour has established itself as one of the most successful live concert properties in recent times, driven by scale, consistent audience turnout, and strong cultural recall. Himesh Reshammiya’s enduring fan connect and cross-generational appeal continue to power the tour’s momentum, earning him recognition on the Bloomberg Global Pop Power List.

For Nesco Events, the Pune edition of CapMania serves as a proof point of the company’s growing production capabilities and operational scale. The successful execution of a large-format live show in a new market underscores its readiness to expand beyond Mumbai and replicate high-quality entertainment experiences across India’s major cultural and entertainment hubs.

While CapMania anchors its current domestic expansion, Nesco Events is simultaneously building a broader international and premium entertainment portfolio. The company is set to present Russell Peters, the globally acclaimed Canadian stand-up comedian, with upcoming shows planned across Mumbai and Delhi. Its production slate also includes Rangilo Re and One Night properties, featuring live performances by artists such as Lucky Ali, Anuv Jain, DJ Chetas, Amit Trivedi, and Radhika Das. Nesco Events has also been associated with internationally celebrated artists including Tiësto, reflecting its growing engagement with global entertainment formats.

The Pune edition of CapMania is further strengthened by a strategic partnership with Lokmat, which joins as the official media partner. This collaboration marks the beginning of a long-term association between the two organisations, combining regional reach with large-scale live entertainment production.

As Nesco Events continues to invest in scalable formats, premium talent, and cross-border collaborations, the Pune debut of the CapMania Tour stands as a defining moment in its growth journey. It highlights the company’s intent to evolve into a nationally present entertainment producer while laying the groundwork for future international ventures.

Last few tickets for the Pune edition of the CapMania Tour are available on BookMyShow and LiveFiesta.
