The actor was a part of the historic saga. He had performed various stunts in the film and had reportedly shot for about 45 days before he was kicked out of the movie. Kangana had claimed that Sonu was not happy about the fact that he was working under a female director. She even claimed that the actor was trying to malign the film's image as he was no longer the part of it. Sonu, on the other hand, denied all such reports stating that he has worked with female directors before.
