According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the Bachchan's and Ekta Kapoor, who throw some of the biggest Diwali gatherings, have scrapped their plans for this year. Given the Covid-19 pandemic and Rishi Kapoor's death, the festive season will be feeling this loss immensely. The Bachchan's lost Ritu Nanda (Rishi Kapoor's sister and Shweta Bachchan's relative) prior this year in January.
