Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri starrer action thriller was released in theater a day before Valentines day. Since then film is getting slow growth on box office collection. Film opened to Rs 8.5 crore on its first day at the domestic box office. On its first 6 days at the box office and earned an estimated ₹ 44.00 Cr India net.
According sacnilk on Day 7 O Romeo earned around 2.13 Cr India net. Shahid’s earlier film Deva, directed by Rosshan Andrrews, had opened at Rs 5.50 crore. Meanwhile, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, co-starring Kriti Sanon, collected Rs 6.70 crore on its opening day. As per early estimates, the film added Rs 0.99 crore on Saturday, taking its total collection so far to Rs 9.49 crore. The Day 2 figures are expected to improve as the weekend progresses.

Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri starrer O’ Romeo has begun igniting a storm on the big screens. As Afsha, Triptii takes a deep dive into a character-driven arc, serving a performance that matches her strong work in Laila Majnu, Bulbbul and Qala. Though the actress lets her expression do most of the talking and allows Afsha to display her inner conflicts, Triptii keeps it subtle and restrained, and that’s exactly what makes her conviction even more powerful. As a vengeful widow, Triptii transitions her rage into becoming the lady hitman to take revenge on her husband’s murderers.
