Rashmik Mandanna left her fandom speechless by choosing traditional saree over trendy lehenga for her wedding with Vijay Deverkonda. The couple tied knot in Udiapur on February 26, 2026. Well Rashmika is not the only one who wore saree on her the day. Here are the list of celebrities who choose traditional saree over lehenga. 

Rashmika Madhanna: Pushpa 2 fame Rashmika tied knot to her long time boyfriend Vijay Deverkonda. She choose Sindoor red saree and traditional south Indian jwellery. 

Alia Bhatt: Alia and Ranbir wore special off-white outfits for the wedding. Alia wore a saree and Ranbir wore a sherwani, which made both of them look royal.

Deepika Padukone: Deepika Padukone wore red saree for her wedding with Ranveer Singh

Sonakshi Sinha: Sonakshi Sinha got married to Zaheer Iqbal after dating him for seven years. She choose saree both for wedding and reception.
