Rhea Chakraborty’s plea seeking transfer of probe to Mumbai police from Bihar police was heard by the Supreme Court today. After filing an 11 page long affidavit in the apex court, Rhea today confessed that she felt victimised after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Through her lawyer, Rhea told SC, “I was in love with Sushant. I was traumatised after his death. But I am being victimised now.”

Rhea's lawyer, has reportedly stated that Sushant's father has been using influential relatives to frame Rhea. According to Times Now, Rhea's lawyer has alleged KK Singh has taken the help of his relatives to frame the actress in Sushant's case. Her  lawyer also alleged that there is a political influence behind the FIR filed in Bihar by Sushant's father. Furthermore, according to ANI, Divan also added that there is serious apprehension of bias in the case as he argued in the SC over her plea seeking direction for transfer of investigation from Patna to Mumbai.

Sushant committed suicide in his Mumbai apartment on 14th June and since then the Mumbai Police have been probing into the matter. According to reports, they have recorded the statement of nearly 56 people. Meanwhile, now the case has been taken over by the CBI and they have registered an FIR against Rhea, Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda and Shruti Modi last week.
