Sara Ali Khan was alleged one of the names Rhea Chakraborty told Narcotics Control Bureau under custody. She reportedly exposed as many as 15 names to the NCB in drugs case, one of the biggest being actor Sara Ali Khan (Saif Ali Khan-Amrita Singh's daughter), who made her debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in 'Kedarnath'.While Sara Ali Khan is under NCB scanner after her name popped up in the alleged Bollywood drug-nexus, her father Saif Ali Khan chose to fly to Delhi with wife Kareena Kapoor instead staying in Mumbai to support her.According to a report in Times Of India, Saif is quite upset with Sara and doesn’t want to extend any help to her in the drug case. Besides this, reports also state that Saif had a heated argument with his ex-wife Amrita Singh after Sara’s name surfaced in the drug case. Saif and Kareena were spotted at the Kalina terminal of the Mumbai airport a couple of days back. Kareena will be shooting for ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ in Delhi, and hubby Saif and son Taimur are accompanying her, the reports added.
During the NCB interrogation on Saturday, Sara revealed that Sushant used to smoke weed occasionally, but she denied consuming any drugs.Sara also confessed that she was in a relationship with Sushant during the shooting of ‘Kedarnath’ and had also been to Thailand with him. While NCB is yet to establish Sara's links with drug peddlers in the case the narcotics agency has gone all guns blazing to expose the potential drug racket in Bollywood. The NCB officials are scrutinising Sara's mobile phone data it is said that her bank accouts are also under the scanner of the NCB. The NCB stumbled upon a potential drug racket in Bollywood while investigating the drug angle in Sushant’s death. His girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, was arrested earlier this month under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance (NDPS) Act for procuring drugs and is in judicial custody till October 6.Rhea, in her bail plea, claimed that Sushant was a drug user and he used her to ‘facilitate his own drug habit’. However, the NCB has opposed her bail, calling her ‘an active member of the drug syndicate connected with high society personalities and drug suppliers’.
