On the special day of  Sanjay Dutt's 61st birthday ‘KGF’ team have dropped an intriguing poster of Sanjay Dutt's character 'Adheera'. With ‘KGF: Chapter 2’, Sanjay Dutt is making his debut in Kannada film industry and will be starring along with Yash. The release of Dutt's look has received positive response on social media. Dutt’s character is styled like a warrior Sanjay and his  towering physique makes the birthday boy an apt choice for the role. 

The production of KGF Chapter 2 was stopped due to the outbreak of coronavirus. Currently, the team is busy with post-production work due to lockdown. Srinidhi Shetty is playing the female lead role in this movie. Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon will also be seen essaying a key role in the movie. The music of the film is composed by  Ravi Basrur. The release date of the film is likely to be pushed ahead due to the ongoing pandemic across the country.
