Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], April 28 : Actors Ambrish Verma, Paramvir Singh Cheema, and Vijayant Kohli of 'Sapne Vs Everyone Season 2' have offered fresh insights into the highly anticipated upcoming instalment, teasing a deeper narrative arc for their respective characters.

Speaking to ANI, Ambrish Verma, who also writes and directs the show, opened up about the challenges in the second season.

"You write in season 1 with a lot of fear, and sometimes the output is good. But the challenge lies with being your own self-critique. You have to make sure that you don't drop the levels. Writing is best, and of course, my love is always acting," Ambrish shared.

Cheema, who reprises his character as Prashant, highlighted how he relates to it.

"I learned a lot from this character in the first season. When I found out what my journey was going to be, I was very excited. I enjoyed working with the actors like Nidhi Shah and Khushalii Kumar. This time, the audience will enjoy Prashant on a different level," Paramvir said.

Vijayant Kohli, who will return as the crooked Mama, added, "I am glad. I knew that season 2 would come somewhere. Because at one point, I felt that I got closure to the story. Mama has been slapped, Prashant has become a hero, and Jimmy is satisfied with his life. But when season 2 came, there was pressure on me. This time, Mama is more aggressive. Mama is going to be more dangerous."

The sequel to 'Sapne vs Everyone' was one of the highly anticipated series from TVF after it received immense love from its release on YouTube in 2023.

The first season concluded with Ambrish Verma outplaying his crooked Mama, played by Vijayant Kohli, in the field of real estate. Parallely, Paramvir's character was seen pursuing his dream to become an actor after fighting through the unjust real estate.

The trailer for Season 2 was recently unveiled, giving audiences a refresher as it revisits key moments from Season one before plunging straight into the chaos that lies ahead.

Parallely, Ambrish Verma has set up his own real estate firm delving straight through the cut-throat world of property selling business. He faces resistance from Vijayant Kohli's character as the latter threatens Ambrish of killing him after gaining entry into politics.

As old wounds resurface, their journeys spiral through rejection, revenge, and risky choices. Trailer ends with Paramvir fighting the odds to secure a role in a movie while Ambrish faces a tough and life-threatening battle from the goons.

The makers have also teased a cameo of Naveen Kasturia in the sequel through the trailer.

The series will premiere on May 1 at Amazon Prime Video.
