Shah Rukh Khan's recent move from his iconic Mannat bungalow has ignited a flurry of speculation, with initial reports of renovations now overshadowed by unsettling rumors of financial difficulties. A viral video featuring Bollywood journalist Siddharth Kannan interviewing astrologer Geetanjali Saxena has fueled these concerns. In the interview, Kannan questioned Saxena about rumors alleging that Shah Rukh Khan may be facing bankruptcy. Saxena, after analyzing the actor's date of birth, offered intriguing insights. She stated that while Shah Rukh Khan has always been "obsessed" with his work, his significant success was destined to arrive later in his life, specifically after the age of 34 or 35.

The astrologer's analysis has prompted widespread discussion, with many connecting her predictions to the actor's recent move from Mannat. While initial reports attributed the move to renovations, the astrologer's claims have introduced a new layer of uncertainty. The video has gone viral, on Reddit sparking debates about the actor's financial situation and the reasons behind his temporary relocation.  As of now, there has been no official statement from Shah Rukh Khan or his representatives addressing these rumors. The speculation continues to circulate, leaving fans and the public wondering about the true reasons behind the actor's move from his iconic Mumbai residence.

Saxena further claimed that the actor is indeed dealing with financial struggles, possibly due to a loan he had extended that didn’t work out. She also mentioned that Shah Rukh Khan is doing his best to manage and resolve ongoing legal issues. When discussing his move out of Mannat, Saxena acknowledged the renovations but suggested that it was also the right time for him to relocate. As for his future projects, the astrologer predicted that SRK’s films would perform well, but only if they were released after August 2025.

Currently, Shah Rukh Khan’s family has moved into two spacious duplex apartments in Pali Hill's Puja Casa, which are half the size of Mannat, covering 27,000 sq ft. The actor has leased this new property for three years at a monthly rent of Rs. 24.15 lakhs. Mannat, which SRK purchased in 2001, is a 6-story, sea-facing heritage building in Bandstand, Bandra, valued at around Rs. 200 crore. The iconic property remains one of Mumbai's most famous landmarks, often attracting fans eager to catch a glimpse of the actor's residence.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen on the big screen in Jawan and Dunki. Now, fans of the superstar are waiting to watch him back on the silver screen. While he confirmed that he is doing a film with his Pathaan director Siddharth Anand, the production team has not revealed many details about it. Titled King, the film will see SRK with his daughter, actress Suhana Khan. Abhay Verma and Abhishek Bachchan are also reportedly a part of the film.
