It's almost been a year since King Khan was last seen on the big screen and after a long break from films Shah Rukh is all set to announce his next venture with director Rajkumar Hirani. According to a report, in Mumbai Mirror the actor has almost finalized his next project with the Sanju director which he will most likely also produce. Reports are also emerging that SRK is in talks with director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK for a film. However, the 'Dilwale' star has now decided to go ahead with Raju Hirani's film.

On his birthday last November, SRK assured his fans that he was in the final stages of deciding his new film and details will be revealed soon. SRK's last big release was 'Zero' which was helmed by Anand L Rai. The film which also starred Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma received mixed reviews from the audience. On the other hand, Raju Hirani's last directorial was 'Sanju' starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. If all goes well this will be for the very first time that SRK and Rajkumar Hirani will be coming together for a project.
