Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor sold his Juhu property for Rs. 6.11 crore. Some of the biggest stars of Bollywood, like Akshay Kumar, Hritik Roshan, and Amitabh Bachchan, have their apartments in the same locality.
As per the data on Square Yards, the actor sold his property in December 2024. A stamp duty worth Rs. 36.66 lakh was incurred during the transaction, and Rs. 30,000 was paid as the registration fees. The apartment’s area is approximately 881 sq ft.
In January 2025, Shraddha Kapoor, daughter of Shakti Kapoor, bought a lavish apartment in Mumbai’s uber-luxurious Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower. The house spans over 1,042.73 sq ft, and the father-daughter duo paid a sum of Rs 6.24 crore for it.

This flat will have two balconies and parking spaces. All the flats in this tower will have a sea or Mahalaxmi Racecourse view.
On the work front, Shakti Kapoor was last seen in Animal, and Shraddha was in the lead role in Stree 2.
While the actress has not announced her next movie, she is in the headlines for showing up at a wedding with her boyfriend Rahul Mody. She was also spotted flaunting her phone wallpaper in which Rahul is seen holding her romantically.
