Looks like the entire issue around Rohit Shetty‘s statement for Katrina Kaif is just not going to die anytime soon. The director has now reportedly unfollowed Katrina on Instagram and the buzz is that the reason behind the same is the controversy that erupted recently when Rohit said he had told Kat nobody was going to look at her in front of three heroes in Sooryavanshi. While the statement didn’t go down well with Katrina’s fans, the actor herself issued a clarification defending Rohit in the matter. The entire ‘unfollowing episode’ happened later.

Rohit Shetty in an interview with Anupama Chopra had talked about a particular scene that featured the three male actors – Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, along with Katrina Kaif. He revealed that during the shoot, he had told Katrina that nobody would notice her in the scene that has three heroes. His statement didn't go well with Kat’s fans who trended #ShameonRohitShetty on social media telling him to retract his sexist and insulting statement made for one of the leading female actors in the country. 

However, Kat came out in her director’s support and said, “I mentioned that I had blinked in the shot and Rohit sir said, ‘There are four people together in the frame and a bomb blast happening, no one will notice you BLINKING.’ Even, in spite of that, we still did one more take…”
