Ajay Devgn's most ambitious project Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior has finally hit the theatres and the movie is being well appreciated by both critics as well as the audience. The powerful action, visuals, and the well-crafted story makes the historical tale a worth watch. Fans on social media have praised Devgn's act as Subhedar Tanhaji Malusare, Saif Ali Khan's ferocious avatar as Udaybhan Singh and Kajol's promising appearance as Savitribai. Directed by Om Raut, the film also features Sharad Kelkar, Neha Sharma, and Shashank Shende in key roles.
In an interview with PTI, Ajay said, “With Tanhaji, we are starting a franchise on unsung warriors. This is the first film in that. We would like to make films about people who have been forgotten and have done so much for the country. We want to take this franchise forward because every state has a hero. Not state but these are all national heroes and icons. They are known more in their states than in the country.
