The release of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone starrer much-awaited sports drama '83 has been delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak. The news was revealed by Ranveer on his Twitter. The actor wrote, "In the wake of the risks posed by the recent outbeak of COVID-19 and the growing health concerns, the release of '83 has been put on hold. We will take a decision regarding the next course of action once the conditions returns to normal."
The movie which also stars Deepika Padukone was slated to release on the 10th of April this year.The film which is based on on 1983 Cricket World Cup is helmed by Kabir Khan.
