Varun Dhawan's marriage news has once again hit the headlines, and as per reports, the Coolie No 1 actor was all set to tie the knot this month at a five star hotel in Alibaug. Certain reports, also mentioned that the family is hosting a big fat Punjabi wedding in the presence of limited guests with family sending out e-invites to close friends and family. Now, the actor's uncle actor Anil Dhawan denied the news of Varun tying the knot this month.
In his interview, to Bombay Times the veteran actor said, “WOW, I am surprised. They are marrying this month, and we didn’t know? Are they going to invite us last moment? Itna secret rakh rahe hai kya (laughs!)?”He further went on to add, “These stories have been floating since a long time. Last year there was a buzz that the two were getting married in May. Whatever it is, as a family we have been persuading him to get married soon. I feel this is one ritual you got to do it in time. There is no point prolonging it. Do it in time or just don’t do it!”Meanwhile, in a recent interview to Filmfare, talking about his marriage plans with girlfriend Natasha Dalal, Varun Dhawan revealed that, “If things settle down (COVID and its impact), then maybe this year. I mean… I am planning for it definitely soon. But let there be more certainty.” Varun has been dating Natasha for many years now and rumours about their marriage have been doing the rounds for a long time now. On the work front, Varun was last seen in Coolie No. 1 along with Sara Ali Khan. The film was directed by David Dhawan. He is currently shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo. The movie is being bankrolled by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
