Vijay Deverakonda of Arjun Reddy fame has begun shooting for his next with director Puri Jagannadh which is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Actor and Producer Charmme Kaur took to Twitter to make the big announcement. Taking to her Twitter she wrote, "To new beginnings, shoot begins in Mumbai from today.'' It is a pan India film which will be released in Hindi and all South languages. Vijay Deverakonda has apparently underwent a rigorous training for the film in Thailand to learn mixed martial arts. The fim, which is presented by Karan Johar is touted to be an action thriller. 

The movie is a joint production by Puri Jagannadh, Karan Johar, and Charmme Kaur. Details about rest of the star cast is yet to be announced. This is the first collaboration between Jagannadh and Vijay Devarakonda. In terms of other projects, Deverakonda will be next seen in World Famous Lover as an angry and jilted lover. The actor has a series of films lined up for which includes VD12 to be directed Majili director Shiva Nirvana. Check out the pictures from the first day on the sets of the film..
