Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], October 26 : Actor Amit Sadh, who is seen playing the role of Sammit Patel in the web series 'Duranga 2', said he is grateful for the love and support given by the audience to his character. He also spoke about playing a complex character on-screen.

He said, "It's extremely gratifying to receive such a great response to your work as an actor. I strongly believe it's my responsibility to bring out every facet of the character, making it relatable for the audience who are watching and experiencing it."

Sadh is portraying a multilayered and complex character and he added that it needed a lot of effort to bring the intricacies of it on-screen.

"Working on this character was a journey in itself, and I wanted to give it my all. He's complex and yet manages to evoke empathy from the viewers, which was again a unique experience for me to portray. I'm thankful to everyone who has sent out love to me and the show, that's all that matters at the end," he added.

Thrilling and intense with a lot of twists and turns. 'Duranga S1' left viewers on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting the unravelling of the story as Amit Sadh's character Sammit Patel, emerges from a coma. The psychological thriller is directed by Rohan Sippy.

Spanning 8 episodes, the series is produced by Rose Audio Visuals, spearheaded by Goldie Behl and stars Amit Sadh as Sammit Patel, Drashti Dhami as Ira Jaykar Patel, Gulshan Devaiah as Abhishek Banne in lead roles. The show also features Abhijeet Khandkekar, Rajesh Khattar, and Barkha Bisht in pivotal roles.
