ATK-Mohun Bagan Private Ltd., the merged Indian Super League (ISL) outfit, will have five directors.

The new club will have five directors ATK co-owner Utsav Parekh, Mohun Bagan pair of Srinjoy Bose and Debashish Dutta along with two other members Gautam Ray and Sanjeev Mehra. An official announcement is expected soon.

Mohun Bagan had joined forces with ISL champions ATK as a merged entity which started from June 1. The team will take part in the ISL and some tournaments as well.

In the merged entity, ATK, the original ISL franchise owned by Sanjiv Goenka's RPSG Group, would have 80 per cent stake while the remaining 20 per cent would be with Mohun Bagan, who bagged the I-League title with four rounds to spare.

Goenka had announced that the new entity would be known as ATK-Mohun Bagan but the official unveiling was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The name of the directors was put out on the Government of India website of Ministry Of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

ATK-Mohun Bagan will also compete in the group stages of the AFC Cup 2021 by virtue of Mohun Bagan's I-League winning slot.

The I-League season was called off midway with matches remaining due to the health crisis as Mohun Bagan were declared champions.

ATK beat Chennaiyin FC in the ISL final to win their record third title.
