A total of 73 people more tested positive on Wednesday in J&K taking to 1,390 the total number of Covid-19 patients in the Union Territory.

A statement issued by the Information and Public Relations Department said that the new cases included 36 from the Jammu division and 37 from the Kashmir division.

So far, 18 patients have died while 678 recovered completely.

The number of active cases is now 694 out of whom 134 are in the Jammu division and 560 are in the Kashmir division.
