By drinking a decoction of mango leaves, you can get rid of the problem of high blood pressure within a few days.

How to make powder of mango leaves If you want to keep kidney, lungs and liver always healthy, then grind mango leaves and make a fine powder. Consume this powder daily 20 minutes after meals. But keep in mind that only half a teaspoon of this powder should be consumed.
