Dried grapes also known as raisins. There are numerous health benefits of eating raisins if consumed after soaking them in water. The dried fruit contains important nutrients like zinc, calcium, vitamins and carbohydrates, which are important for better functioning of the body. 

According to one study, eating a handful of raisins daily can give you relief from many serious problems. Here are some of the benefits you can get from its consumption. 

Acidity: Many people have acidity problem, they must also consume this water. The fibres present in it relieve gas by cleaning the stomach. Constipation is a big problem that may cause a disease in the body, eating soaked raisins daily will help improve digestion in the stomach and eliminates constipation.
