After waking up in morning many of us have constipation issues, because of which we feel sluggish entire day. These types of problems often occur due to poor digestion. Wrong eating habits, eating late at night, not sleeping properly or drinking less water also cause digestion to deteriorate.

But by doing some home remedies, you can improve the impaired digestion. If you adopt some good habits to keep your digestion good, you will not have any problem in clearing your stomach in the morning.

Drink fennel water: If you feel bloated after waking up in the morning and you are troubled by this problem, you can drink fennel water. Drinking fennel water improves digestion.
