Many people think you have to skip meals to lose belly fat, but that's wrong. Eating the right natural ingredients at the right times can actually help you lose abdominal fat faster. Nutritionists Manpreet Kalra and Radhika Goyal said that making small changes to your diet and lifestyle can make a big difference in losing belly fat naturally and quickly at home. 

To reduce a bulging belly and trim your waistline...

1. Drinking lukewarm water throughout the day is a simple yet effective strategy for weight loss. You should aim to consume at least 3 to 4 liters of water daily. Drinking lukewarm water helps boost your metabolism, making it easier for your body to burn fat.

2. Warm water can also help flush out accumulated toxins from the body. In such instances, make it a point to drink warm water regularly. To reduce fat around the waist and abdomen, boil turmeric and ginger in water and consume the mixture. Both turmeric and ginger possess anti-inflammatory properties. These two ingredients help reduce inflammation within the body. Since inflammation can cause the body to appear bloated or puffy, reducing it is crucial.

3. Individuals who suffer from chronic constipation tend to accumulate excessive toxins in their bodies, which subsequently leads to weight gain. Water mixed with ghee (clarified butter) can help alleviate constipation. Simply add ghee to warm water and drink it. This facilitates easy bowel movements and relieves constipation. However, ensure you do not consume more than one teaspoon of ghee. This practice will also aid in reducing belly fat, as it helps keep the digestive system clean and clear.

4. Consume a mixture of apple cider vinegar and warm water approximately half an hour before your meals. This helps reduce stubborn belly fat and aids in dissolving accumulated body fat. It is a simple yet effective method for lowering blood sugar levels and regulating metabolism.

5. Make sure to use generous amounts of ginger and garlic when preparing lentils (dals) and vegetable dishes. These ingredients possess thermogenic properties. This helps reduce inflammation in the body and contributes to weight loss efforts.
