Japanese women's skin has always been a topic of discussion worldwide. Despite their age, their faces look clear, soft, and radiant.  They prefer simple but effective remedies connected to nature rather than expensive chemical treatments or makeup. The characteristic of Japanese skincare is deep skin care. Notably, some of their traditional remedies can give a glow to the face in just 15 minutes.

1. Japanese women gently scrub their faces. Excessive scrubbing reduces the skin's natural moisture and causes wrinkles. For this, they use a mild cleanser and lukewarm water.

2. In Japan, rice water has been used for skincare for centuries. The antioxidants in it tighten the skin and help reduce fine lines. Many Japanese women apply rice water to their faces.

3. They also apply sunscreen to protect their skin from the sun's ultraviolet rays. Applying sunscreen before going out helps prevent skin aging, dark spots, and wrinkles.

4. Japanese girls use green tea for skincare. Green tea is beneficial not only for drinking but also for the skin. Using its chilled water as a toner reduces facial swelling and fades blemishes.

5. Try to keep your skin moisturized at all times. First, apply a light toner, then a serum, and then a moisturizer. This keeps the skin hydrated for longer and prevents wrinkles caused by dryness.

6. To enhance your skin's glow, you need to get enough sleep and reduce stress. Sufficient sleep allows the skin to repair itself, which helps maintain its natural radiance.
